At this workshop, you’ll explore how using different methods of fermentation creates depth and texture while preserving the purity of the fruit.
You will enjoy a behind-the-scenes discussion with our winemaking team, followed by a tasting of wines still aging in barrel alongside their current release and library wine counterparts. To complete the afternoon, we’ll come together for a family-style lunch, pairing seasonal dishes that highlight Chardonnay’s versatility.
